Cancellations: (STARTING WITH MARCH TOURNAMENTS) To cancel or withdraw you must contact the Tournament Director at PlayGCFP@GolfFremont.com
If you cancel seven (7) days before the Tournament’s first tee time, you will receive a full refund minus an online transaction fee of roughly $3.
If you cancel within seven (7) days of the first tee time, you will forfeit your entry fee. Of course, this also covers NO SHOWS day of the event.
Inclement Weather: In the event of suspect weather conditions the Tournament Director (and available Board members) with the course staff will decide if the tournament will be played or cancelled prior to the first tee time.
If the tournament is played and you chose to withdraw you will not be given a refund.
In some cases, the course may allow play but not charge us for cancellations. Those who chose to withdraw at that time will be given a full refund even if the tournament continues.
Wait List: Online Tournament registration will be left active after a tournament player count is filled to allow for wait listing.
Priority is given to members in order of entry received, up to seven days in advance. Within seven days, members and guest entries are treated equally.
Once the tournament roster is filled, the “Wait List” will be displayed on our Club web page along with that tournament’s participation.
The Tournament Director will contact you if an opening occurs. Wait list positions that are not filled by the day of event will be reimbursed the following day.
