It was a windy day, with a little chill in the air. The tournament before us really slowed
down the early groups on the front nine but the pace seemed to pick up on the back.
Must have been just the right combination for the B flight which had the three best scores
of the day. We played 2-person teams and counted the best score from each team on
each hole. Par was 72. Flights were divided by total team handicaps. Thanks to Chicago's
Deli in Pleasanton for hosting our 19th hole gathering given the course restaurant was
closed for a wedding.
