What a perfect day for cruising around the course in an open cart. But the
sunny day was overshadowed by one swing. Marc Brown risked cutting the
corner on the par 4, 14th hole. The ball negotiated the tree truncks down the
slope and found it's way cruising across the green to drop into the bottom of
the cup. For the tournament, we played as two-person teams using the best
ball per hole. In the A flight, 6 teams were within one stroke. But, one teakm
was two strokes better. Paul and Pete beat the field at 9 under. In the Co-ed
flight Bob and Denise (well mostly Denise) ran away with a fabuluos 54!
