Results: Sunnvale Muni, Feb 23, 2008
Wow, did we luck out. All indications had us playing in 25 mph winds and rain -
if the course was even open. Carts were not allowed. We had a little wind and
water. But, aside from bumpy greens, and a few moments of putting the rain
gear on and taking it off, the course was in great shape. And, with lift clean
and place, we saw some very nice scores. In fact, 11 players shot net scores
under par. It was really a credit to the club that so many showed up on such a
bleak day, but all seemed to have a good time at the raffle as the rain came
down hard once the tourney was over.
