Golf Club at Fremont Park -- People entered in next home event

Results: Fremont Park, Sat. July 8
4 score and our fourth home of this year...just 4 days after Independence Day
(the 4th, of course) 4 teams shot 44 in our July 4-person scramble setting up 4
a very tight finish.
Another great day on the green. Temperatures in the mid-eighties, scores in
the mid-40s. And, what a close match it was! 4 teams ended up with 44
requiring a scorecard tie breaker to determine placing. Scores were determined
by applying handicapping formula recommended by the NCGA 4-person (and 3)
scramble teams. It must be a pretty good formula to leave such parity. In fact,
all but one group ended up within 4 strokes. Did we mention 4 enough.
If you haven't been out on the course recently, it is really looking good for
summer play.
