Golf Club at Fremont Park -- People entered in next home event

Results: Fremont Park, Sat. August 12
What a nice day. Great temperature, little breeze and the greens putt very
true. The course continued to shine after all the hot weather in the many
weeks before. It was looking like we might have trouble fielding enough teams
but enough late entries made for a good field of competition.
Teams competed in a scramble format and once again the scores came out
very close. Tie breakers were required to set the first 4 places, all but one
team finished within 3 strokes. Men played Blues on the front, white tees on
the back.
