49ers win! 49ers win! Well, actually, only one of the 49er scores won. Alex
Smith nailed the victory for the SF 49ers with a steely drive at the end capped
by Vernon Davis powering his way over the goal line. But those heroics were
written hours earlier across the bay when Andy, Rich, Cory and Ron dug deep
to find a will power that couldn't be stopped. A relentless back nine sealed the
tie breaker leaving those remaining to be simply called the other guys with a
49. The Co-ed group left it all on the cousre playing every hole like it was the
last (before pizza and raffle) in shooting a fine 47 for the best of all scores on
another beautiful Saturday in January. And now with a month off, it's OK to rain.
